INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU

We collect and process the following data on our site:

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our site.

IP Addresses.

We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration. This is used to generate statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns.

 

Email Receipt.

If you receive email from us, we may use certain analytics tools, such as clear GIFs to capture data such as when you open our message or click on any links or banners our email contains. This data allows us to gauge the effectiveness of our communications and marketing campaigns.

 

Cookies and Beacons.

A cookie is a data file placed on a Device when it is used to visit the Platform. Web beacons consist of a small string of software code on your browser that works with cookies to monitor usage. Cookies and beacons may be used for many purposes, including, without limitation, remembering you and your preferences, tracking your visits to the Platform and personalizing your experiences on the Platform.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We are required by law to keep your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which we are using it. The period for which we keep your personal data will be determined by a number of criteria, including the purposes for which we are using the information, the amount and sensitivity of the information, the potential risk from any unauthorized use or disclosure of the information, and our legal and regulatory obligations.

You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. By signing up to one of our newsletters you are giving consent to receive relevant marketing emails and communications from Redfern. (“Subscription”).
